Cindy has more than 25 years’ experience in professional services, driving systemic and sustainable change by aligning people, entities, and cultures. She is now AlixPartners’ Head of Social Responsibility. Prior to that, Cindy led the firm’s global marketing and communications through two firm acquisitions, a CEO transition, and a brand strategy review, and subsequently established the firm’s first D&I Center of Excellence, setting strategic direction and integration of leadership principles, business and people.

 From 2016-2020, Cindy served on the board of Global Kids, and is now a global Board member and UK Country Chair of the NGO Global Dignity. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Uplink Climate Justice Innovation Challenge selection committee and on its Global Future Council (GFC) on the New Agenda for Equity and Social Justice, having previously served on the GFC for Systemic Inequalities and Social Cohesion.
