Harvinder Channa

At the end of 2020 Harvinder Channa transferred to the Diversity and Inclusion team at AlixPartners, having moved from delivering high-profile E-Discovery investigation and l litigation projects for law firms, high-net individuals, banks and corporates. Harvinder holds eighteen years of project / programme management experience in the not-for-profit (such as Age UK and Marie Curie Cancer Care) and corporate sector.

She has been instrumental in advancing AlixPartners D&I strategy as a Diversity and Inclusion leader and as the co-global lead for ALIGN (Asian) Employee Resource Group (ERG). And in partnership with the EMEA leaders of our other BAME (Black and Hispanic professionals) ERGs, Harvinder focused on the accretive impact we can have through collaboration across leadership, all the ERGs, the HR team, and the market. Outside of work, she mentors and coaches diverse students and undergraduates with Generation Success and Aztecs Cricket Club.

She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a LLB Law (Hons) Degree.
