As Head of Audience Development Management for the MailOnline, JC Mighty oversees customer retention and growth campaigns through a variety of media, including email, SMS, push notifications, and re-targeting across social media platforms with a current focus on Meta custom audiences. JC is responsible for campaigns, from conception through to analysis, including idea generation, proposal preparation and overseeing the production process execution. A creative and technical ecommerce communications expert with over 10 years’ online experience, JC brings technical and marketing experience to MailOnline. He has previously worked for Metro (as part of the dmg media), Aurora Fashions (Karen Millen, Oasis and Warehouse) and publisher Laurence King. His insight and opinion is often sought by trade titles and organisations, including New Media Age, Marketing Week, Silicon.com and Haymarket Media Group.
