Jo leads Rambert’s Audiences team which includes the Marketing and Participation & Community teams, responsible for growing and diversifying Rambert’s fanbase, widening access and deepening relationships with its brand. She also leads the digital strategy including Rambert Plus – Rambert’s online home.
Jo joined Rambert in May 2020 following 10 years as a company director and senior consultant at Morris Hargreaves McIntyre. Here where her work focused on audience insight, segmentation and brand, clients including Shakespeare’s Globe, Donmar Warehouse, The Old Vic, Royal Albert Hall, BBC Proms, Bristol Beacon, Historic Royal Palaces and Somerset House, and in the US, Lincoln Center, The Public Theater, Kennedy Center and SFMOMA. Prior to her time at MHM Jo spent 18 years in marketing posts across a range of venues, producing, touring companies and arts festivals including senior positions at Welsh National Opera and Wales Millennium Centre.
