Natasha Preville

Natasha Preville (Bsc, Msc, Dip.) has over 25 years cross-sector experience, with over a decade in senior management within the Screen industries; having worked on numerous award-winning campaigns for the BBC and Red Bee Media. Natasha is an advocate and mentor for young people, whilst passionate about eradicating barriers to entry for storytellers and young audiences. Natasha is part of the TIME’S UP UK movement, working across all sectors to amplify equitable access to opportunity and greater diverse representation in front of and behind the camera.

During her accomplished career, Natasha has remained a keen champion for the transcending role education, sport and culture play in transforming lives. To this end, Natasha founded an Agency, dedicated to increasing the experience, visibility and tangible career pathways for young people to thrive within the culture, media and sport industries. Natasha currently acts as Chair for the Association of Panel Members; Independent Director for the National Governing Body for Parkour UK; a proud Parent Governor and Vice Chair at Cranmer Primary School and Co-Opted Governor and Vice Chair at The Norwood School.

The Ascension Agency is a dynamic Creative and Cultural Arts Studio, empowering education, enterprise and employment through diverse access and inclusion. Working with Industry specialists with lived experience, we are committed to providing holistic support, knowledge frameworks, immersive experiences and practical tools that fuel independent agency to help safeguard a sustainable future in the Creative Industry.
