Marsha Lowe

Marsha is a writer and communications specialist with over 20 years experience in research, marketing and project management in the third sector. She has worked with clients as diverse as Anti Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit, Institute of Child Health, Society of Chief Librarians and the TUC. She writes about the issues facing global majority artists and is currently completing her first full length stage play. She founded Oxygen Arts CIC, a creative production agency that specialises in targeting and working with diverse communities, with her husband, filmmaker Clovis Lowe.

Oxygen Arts CIC is a creative production agency that invests its profits into digital arts training for young people of the global majority in the UK and abroad. Our current work includes Black British Ballet, a website and film project that aims to celebrate and document the history of black dancers in British ballet; Two and a Half Questions, a Windrush themed documentary that explores the experiences and aspirations of black people in Britain; and Liberation Day, a narrative film drama that imagines a post pandemic world. We have worked with the Lambeth ELEVATE team over the past two years and are preparing to expand our media production work into Grenada in 2023.
